I would like to apply for the position of Receptionist. I am available to start immediately. I also possess a high level of juggling multiple tasks skills and excellent work ethics. I hold a bachelor degree in HR and management, in which I have learnt effective of service delivery strategies, these in addition of industry experience will help me to ensure a success of your organization.
I have experience in range of positions, which are all related to the position described. I have 3 years of working in a community sector that is diverse culturally and linguistically. In this position I have fulfilled administration roles, such as reception duties, preparing reports, managing assets, regular website updating, a regular use of Microsoft suite, receiving calls as well as assisting clients on site and ordering supplies. I have managed accounts to ensure meeting requirements with allocated budgets. But further more my roles were to perform different tasks everyday such as assisting clients in all needs.  I have developed my communication skills in both written and verbal. The city council’s goals were successfully met.
I also worked for xxxx. I have gained skills that allow me to perform the position described. I have ability to follow instructions and complete any task given to me. In addition I gained skills that enable me to work with individuals as well as groups, and adult or young. This retailer experience has helped me to develop my customer service role leading to my improvement of communication skills and as stated in this position, I have experience in clients oriented approach, I am also well trained to performing of receptionist duties, and enthusiastically assist customers; and therefore I would use all these skills to perform tasks given to me in your organization.
My experience from pervious roles allows me to work in a busy environment, within a diverse cultural environment, under pressure, performance of multiple tasks, problems solving capabilities and work unsupervised. I am a faster learner and I possess an excellent work ethic and am a very enthusiastic and hard worker. I work well with a team environment as well as independently and the business will benefit from using this knowledge from my previous roles.
